“All attorneys can make promises, what separates our firm from the rest is the fact that we never stop working until you are completely satisfied and made whole again after a traumatic injury that was caused by someone else. Once I begin working on your case, the matter becomes personal to me. I always say, ‘I lose sleep so you don’t have to.”

Attorney Yazinski is a Partner with The Pisanchyn Law Firm. He attended the University of Scranton and obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with a minor in Finance and Philosophy. Attorney Yazinski graduated Magna Cum Laude and was awarded the “Excellence in Economics” for the highest grade point average in his area of study. Following completion of his undergraduate studies, Attorney Yazinski attended and graduated from Villanova University School of Law of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Attorney Yazinski is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania as well as, the Pennsylvania Middle District Court of the United States. He has also been admitted to practice Pro Hac Vice in the United States District Court of Maryland.

Following admission to the Pennsylvania Bar by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, Attorney Yazinski began his legal career in a regional law firm litigating in the areas of medical malpractice and personal injury. After gaining valuable experience, Attorney Yazinski spent the next two years of his career in private practice representing Plaintiffs in all areas of the law. Thereafter, Attorney Yazinski partnered with the Pisanchyn Law Firm to focus his career representing persons who have been seriously or fatally injured.

Although he has spent most of his career as a medical malpractice attorney, Doug Yazinski also devotes a major component of his practice to catastrophic injury, personal injury, motor vehicle accidents, product liability, dram shop, as well as, criminal defense.

Recently, Attorney Yazinski has obtained a $3.2 million dollar verdict for the family of a young woman who was killed as a result of a group home’s negligence in the care they provided. The group home denied liability for causing the 32 year old cerebral palsy patient’s death and the matter was put before a jury who realized the value of this young woman’s life and the value of deterring this type of conduct in the future. Additionally, Attorney Yazinski has also obtained multimillion dollar settlements from major automobile manufacturers for faulty manufacturing and design.

In addition to major verdicts and settlements, Attorney Yazinski has successfully litigated “no offer” cases before juries throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and has obtained favorable results for injured Plaintiffs. In these “no offer” cases, major insurance companies attempt to strong arm injured persons to abandon their claims. As a partner with the Pisanchyn Law Firm, Doug Yazinski has taken insurance companies to trial on these matters to show these major corporations that our clients will not be pushed around. Most recently, a major insurance company argued that our client’s broken nose was not a “serious injury” and therefore he should not be compensated. After the trial, the jury returned a substantial verdict in favor of our client and sent a clear message that the Pisanchyn Law Firm stands behind each and every client we represent to the very end.

If you have been injured as a result of the negligence of another, you should immediately contact Doug Yazinski or any one of the many qualified attorneys at the Pisanchyn Law Firm.
